Session 4: Postnatal visit

I will come and see you at home within the first 2 weeks of baby's arrival, at a time that suits you. I can support you with whatever you feel you need support with. Be it infant feeding, newborn care, recovery from birth, mental health or whatever it maybe. This appointment really helps you to consolidate all of the previous learning and is an extra layer of support for you in those early days with your newborn.

Bits & Bobs

  • Appointments typically last about 2 hours
  • Classes can be taken at any gestation. However, after 28 weeks is the most appropriate time. I normally suggest taking classes over a period of time, such as 28, 32 and 36 weeks. However, you can choose when you would like to do them. I do not do all 3 antenatal sessions at the same time. It is a lot of information to take in and you need time to digest.
  • This Package costs £400
  • 10% non-refundable deposit will secure your place with me
  • Payment to be made before each session takes place, with the postnatal appointment being paid for by 36 weeks
